I began my career over 30 years ago, originally  training as a general nurse before gaining a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Central School of Counselling and Therapy.

In 2000, I obtained a Diploma in Counselling from the University of Newport and then went on to complete a Masters Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I also have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and have over nine years experience as a counsellor trainer.

I now work from a private practice setting in Pontardulais Swansea.

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
